1hSaved is operated by Cash Flow Crescendo Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By using 1hSaved you agree to these terms.
1hSaved is a free, self-hosted tool. We provide code (Google Apps Script), a Google Sheet template, and setup instructions. The code runs entirely inside your own Google account. We do not host, operate, or control the scanning of your emails.
1hSaved is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will catch every important email. You use 1hSaved at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cash Flow Crescendo Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of 1hSaved.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us, which is zero — 1hSaved is free.
1hSaved relies on third-party services including Google Workspace, Google Gemini AI, and optionally Telegram and Slack. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these services. Your use of them is governed by their respective terms.
The 1hSaved name, branding, website content, and code are the property of Cash Flow Crescendo Inc. You may use and modify the provided Apps Script code for personal use.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of 1hSaved after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cash Flow Crescendo Inc. is incorporated.
